3-day return policy. If you change your mind, return the product within 3 days of delivery.
Damaged or broken on arrival?
If your product arrives broken or damaged, we will take it back — no questions asked. Just contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
Didn't like the product?
No problem. We offer a refund — delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount, and we will take the product back.
Conditions:
- Product must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, please keep the product unused if returning because you didn't like it.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product.
